GENERAL TERMS

Payment:

• New (1st order) & International customers may be required to submit further proof of identification and proof of payment before they are accepted and verified as a UE customer.
• UE has the right to decline payment via Credit Card.
• UE has the right to decline any order.
• Bank transfer may be required for special orders.
• Orders are not processed or made until paid in full.

Delivery/Pickup:

• Pickup may be arranged for collection at the UE warehouse or at a UE dealer upon agreement with both UE and the UE Dealer.
• Pickup & Fitting may be organised at a UE dealer at an additional cost.
• All installation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will vary at different dealers.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Automotive aftermarket products are designed to fit specific and exact Make, Model, Year and Variant vehicles. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the correct parts are ordered for their vehicle.
• UE does not guarantee fitment of parts even when a VIN is provided, as UE is not the original vehicle manufacturer it is impossible to guarantee fitment of any part or product due to lack/incorrect of VIN decoding information or after sale dealer upgrades and changes made after production such as at the dealership.
• Purchases from UE are final, we do not offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges due to a 'change of mind'.
• Purchases from UE are final, we do not offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges due to 'finding a cheaper product elsewhere after checking out'.
• Purchases from UE are final, we do not offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges due to 'booking a vehicle in for fitting of parts prior to arrival of goods'.
• Purchases of made-to-order and custom order products which require any modification or customisation (eg. different pipe size, custom mufflers,ect.) are final at time of payment, such orders cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned.
• If in any event a cancellation, refund or exchange is to be made it is solely at the discretion of the UE management team. If an agreement is made, the product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. The refund will only be processed once the product is received back at UE head office, and has been inspected by the management team.
• Such cancelled or returned orders/items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Refunds/exchanges will not be granted for incorrect application or parts ordered under the assumption they will fit. If unsure whether a product will fit your car, please contact us directly prior to finalising your purchase. Please refer to VIN clause above.
