SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY

Purchases are made-to-order and of custom order products which require any modification or customisation (eg. different pipe size, custom mufflers etc.) are final at time of payment, such orders cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned.

If in any event a cancellation, refund or exchange is to be made it is solely at the discretion of the UE management team. If an agreement is made, the product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. The refund will only be processed once the product is received back at UE head office, and has been inspected by the management team.

Such cancelled or returned orders/items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds/exchanges will not be granted for incorrect application or parts ordered with the assumption they will fit. If unsure whether a product will fit your car, please contact us directly prior to finalising your purchase. Please refer to VIN clause above. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unfitted or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ueofficial.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

All products are made to order! UE requires full payment upfront.
Stainless Steel material approximately 2 weeks.
Titanium material approximately 4 weeks.
UE is not responsible for any delays caused by currier or any shipping companies!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders, custom painted, finished or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for contaminated parts. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
